設施：酒店的設施齊全，滿足需求。
衞生：從大堂到餐廳到客房到健身房各方面都很乾凈。
環境：附近就是萬達廣場，購物餐飲都能滿足。
服務：最值得稱讚的就是服務。前台非常熱情，會禮貌地問對房間的需要，外賣也能夠通過機器人送到房間。所以説酒店好形象好口碑就是靠員工們優秀的服務態度所支撐。
酒店靠近西站，能夠滿足各種需求，工作人員服務態度非常好，如果能夠增加擁有智能馬桶的房間就更好了，下次來哈爾濱還會選擇這裏。
