酒店的位置特別好，緊臨江邊碼頭，去防洪紀念塔步行3-4分鐘就到了，酒店旁邊吃飯，購物都很方便，有特色小吃一條街，有商場，飯店。酒店設施齊全，房間佈局合理，乾淨衞生，早餐豐富，味道也不錯，服務更是沒得説，前台接待的小鄭管家，服務熱情又周到，我是帶着長者來旅遊，小鄭幫我辦好入住，又幫我拿着行李送到房間，有什麼需求也都是有求必應，讓我這次的哈爾濱之行印象深刻又倍感温暖，！

六一帶孩子去哈爾濱玩，在麗呈東谷充分感受到了爾濱的熱情。服務管家鄭德龍在入住前就聯繫我，得知有孩子入住，主動升級了房型，還提前給房間做了除煙，擺放了小童拖鞋和牙具，贈送了果盤。夜間客房服務侯姐幫我們鋪被罩。第二天夜班客房服務田姐又送了我們一個果盤。總之，麗呈東谷的服務無處不在。酒店的早餐也非常豐富，孩子每天吃的都非常開心。孩子臨走時還説，以後去哈爾濱還要住這家酒店。
