入住兩天體驗都不錯，臨走時發生了一些事情，但是客房部經理馬上過來解決，還送了孩子餅乾和巧克力，感覺真的以客户體驗為首位。下午前台經理又來點致歉，作為消費者很感動，這樣熱情服務並且以客户感受為主的酒店真的值得推廣。

酒店裝飾的很有特色。比想象中新很多。特別貼心的給我們準備了水果，辦入住的時候直接一杯冬瓜茶送上。還有免費的服飾租給我們拍照片。免費下午茶不是特別精緻，我覺得可以不用送。親子房巨大無比，床也很大，一家四口睡得寬敞。
