入住體驗：第一天到哈爾濱落腳，本來衹打算住一天，後來續住了三天。得益於，用心乾淨的房間細節，完善的設定，貼心親切的的服務。
王經理的管理甚好，對於客户的需求和疑問都能給出快速的反饋處理。讓人安心，是家值得信任的酒店。
早餐： 早餐點贊！👍，服務盛好，餐點豐富，環境明亮乾淨。
尊享茶點: 每天下午回來坐一坐，酒廊小姐姐也很可愛，服務也很好。
是很愉快的入住時光。

酒店位置優越，出門過了馬路就是松花江邊九站小廣場，對於一個老哈爾濱人來説，早晨去江邊遛彎、去紅專街早市、去清晨的中央大街，都是不錯的選擇

服務真的是超級好。停車場雖然小了些，但是有帥大叔給開門，還説公主請下車？！而且立馬推車幫忙搬行李。剛到哈爾濱，就對這個城市印象超級好。前台的果茶好好喝。餐廳也特別好，一直問小朋友吃什麼，走的時候還給帶走了一盤新考的曲奇餅乾。早餐點贊！！！離開得時候行李幫忙搬到車上，而且三個穿西服帥大叔給指路。哈哈，真是受寵若驚。東三省旅遊，住過服務最好的酒店，沒有之一。

職員服務態度挺好滴，餐廳很棒哦。雖然周邊地鐵施工，室內衞生還不錯，明年初地鐵站竣工環境會大大改善。贈送茶點也挺有特色。中俄博覽會期間能吸引不少俄國客人入住，下了不少功夫呢😀

客房服務特別周到，餐廳的服務特別好，酸奶很好喝，特別是一位姓黃的女服務員，讓我們感受到了東北人的熱情好客～門口接待和搬運行李的小哥也特別貼心，一直幫忙搬運行李～酒店距離江上索道非常近，距離中央大街也不遠，我們準備下次還來哈爾濱，還住這兒～
