🙋[對於房東，我想説] 房東姐姐對於我們的要求都能及時回覆，從入住到退**無鉅細的指導，非常熱心~
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]緊鄰巴洛克，晚上在家裡休息下就出門去巴洛克溜達溜達，十分愜意😎 雖然周邊待拆遷或者説老房子比較多，但大多數都是歷史保護建築，另外民宿的位置距離各個景點都不超過20分鐘車程，去哪裡玩都很方便！
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]這個房子是三室兩廳兩衞，我們一行六人剛好住的舒舒服服，廚房設備都備的很齊全自己在家裡做飯完全沒問題~ 整體的裝修風格很簡約，住起來很乾凈，而且每天都有打掃阿姨收拾垃圾。
很推薦！來哈爾濱的朋友可以借鑒哦~

入住時已經凌晨，看到窗外的景色心情無比舒暢，房間和圖片一致，衞生乾淨整潔無死角，開始因為看到不好評價，很擔心，真不理解差評是哪來的，後來和房主溝通，是因為那位客人要延時退房，還擔心房嫂先去打掃會偷東西，房主就沒同意延時退房，故意抹黑，寫出那樣的差評，請後面入住的放心，絕對五星好評
