類似公寓類住宅，一排很多户，安靜得像住在自己家。在宜必思的正背後黃色矮樓的三樓。打車到宜必思師範大學店就可以了。步行到師範大學美食街10分鐘左右，然後這個美食街吃和走路大概兩小時。設施齊全，服務很好，有問題立馬幫解決，下次來還住着。

#服務差，差到極致網上訂了一天，線下訂了兩天，第一件房，她説空調漏水，帶師傅來調了一下，結果還是漏水，沒説。第二間房，燈剛好擋住投影儀，我也沒説，結果自己看圖，説我愛計較，我計較什麼了？還有，我住進去是那凳子就有問題了，還偏偏説我弄壞了，衹能説碰到這種房東是真的無語。其次，她説等房嫂上班給退按金，又是房間是她自己打掃的，那她要房嫂幹嘛？前後矛盾，衹能説，這件民宿不值得住

房內設施設備挺好，投影儀看電影不錯，孩子喜歡，洗衣機很給力，泳衣沙灘鞋都是手洗然後甩幹一下，第二天都幹了，老闆服務態度很好，很熱心，下次還選這裏，離師大夜市很近，可以去吃小吃

公寓套間，有不同的主題，房間有投影儀、洗衣機、熱水器、電磁爐、抽油煙機、冰箱，如果不是一定要住酒店，想來哈爾濱住一週的話，這些公寓就比較適合生活，旁邊走路就到師大夜市，很熱鬧，很多小吃。
