酒店沒得熱水洗澡，哈爾濱零下20幾度洗的冷水，讓我濕身等待他們熱水器燒熱水，説10分鐘來熱水，就這樣等了一個小時都還沒得熱水！我定的房間175一晚，可以看看他家這個房間！床單是不會換的！酒店毛巾拿出來黑的，而且上面還有體毛！真的很噁心！房間沒礦泉水甚至連衞生紙都沒有！酒店工作人員態度極其惡劣！説我定特價房就是這條件，那麼看看最後一張圖片不是他家特價房，正常房間，地上垃圾、牆上煤斑！而且消防還不過關！去哪兒還好給我處理了，如果不處理我直接投訴到消防！大夥千萬不要定這家，寧願貴一些住其他的酒店！
