首先，我們提前很久訂好了一個四天的房子，到那裡告訴我們他把房子給別人住了，怎麼覺得我們掏錢讓別人住？不能安排好嗎，我們住四天那個人住一天，他把房子給那個人，主要我們還是提前預訂設施差，熱水洗一會兒就沒了，牆掉皮，犄角旮旯全是蜘蛛網。衞生差，沒打掃房間，問前台要的吹風機我們出去了，他進來拿走了，拿走吹風機不打掃房間，房子潮濕，地下室位置偏僻，離所有地方都挺遠，在一個犄角旮旯的地下室裏。
