一家有温度的酒店，在酒店落下書包，內有現金4700元，但酒店不但第一時間聯繫我。還主動協助快遞，順利幫我解決了現金無法郵寄問題。妥妥的良心酒店。前台金惠茹積極主動協助住客解決問題，超出權限部分能積極聯繫上級處理，優秀的員工，值得點贊👍。

酒店服務非常好，房間也很乾凈温馨，主要都是帶窗户就感覺好，早餐很好吃，特別是星程那碗麪，還有小餛飩，味道非常好！下次來哈爾濱還會選擇這裏。
