酒店服務沒得説，很貼心！就是酒店位置挨着馬路，過車有點吵！房間不大但設施齊全，酒店臨索菲亞教堂不遠，但屬於道外居民區，很方便！

房間大小合適，有座椅，衣架6個，智能馬桶，熱水充足，刷卡進電梯安全；早餐豐富，有油炸黃花魚，有鍋包肉，有麪條，有豆漿，雞蛋等。酒店位置距離索菲亞教堂和中央大街很近，約1.2公里，適合步行觀光。前台服務員都很禮貌，特別金子對顧客熱情，為顧客所想，幫我升級為會員，可立即享受會員價格，優惠實在。保安人員幫我找水果刀削蘋果。的確，有賓至如歸之體驗。樂意把她推薦給朋友！

爾濱總會給你驚喜。雖然不是冬季的旅遊旺季。但是服務一點也不少。要是住宿帶早餐更好。我離開哈爾濱去了長春，也選擇了星程。價格差不多，帶早餐。星程那碗麪。值得一吃。。。
