地點超好，走出青旅兩分鐘就有公車站直達索菲亞教堂、博物館，去731也可以，左邊走三五分鐘就到中央大街，距離青旅最近的地鐵站是中央大街1號口大概900米。
環境乾淨，床墊和枕頭雖較薄也還算是舒服，洗手間是蹲廁，店主打掃勤勞。備品價錢優惠，有洗衣機但收費不夠可愛沒用到。陽台同時是吸煙區怕衣服吸煙味就沒晾了（沒有全5星就差在這）。

設施：還挺完善的，幾乎都有。
衞生：乾淨的，尤其是衞生間，特別乾淨，還沒有異味。
環境：距離中央大街，紅磚街早市，聖索菲亞大教堂，都很近，步行幾分鐘路程。距離哈爾濱火車站，公交半小時，地鐵二十分鐘。
服務：蠻好的，老闆很好夠通，回覆消息也很快，有問必答。
總體來説。。。性價比蠻高的。。。下次來哈爾濱還會入住。。。

一個字，凈；兩個字，整潔；三個字，設備好。
老闆每天晚上都要打掃一遍廁所，本來對青旅刻板印象就是公共廁所很臟，沒想到廁所地板瓷磚和蹲廁抹得比我家還乾淨😂
廁所裏用的還是中空高科技吹風機，客廳有冰箱，wifi不卡，睡覺的床還是全木的，有簾子，有床燈，私密性特別好，拉上簾子開床燈就像自己的一片小空間，被子乾淨沒味道
旅舍旁邊走400米就是中央大街，離地鐵站也才800米，出行特方便
這個5星我給老闆點了，就為了這個性價比值當

地理位置特別優越，中央大街就在跟前，索菲亞教堂、哈爾濱博物館、道里菜市場、松花江大橋、防洪紀念塔，都是步行可到的，哈爾濱站和省博物館也不遠，可打車可班車，20多分鐘，幾站就到。關鍵是衞生乾淨整潔，一客一換，房間比較寬敞，有陽台可涼衣服，陽光充足，值得推薦給旅遊和長期居住的朋友。老闆人很親切隨和。
