In the city center. Keep the Ritz standard even in a freezing city. But dinner buffet is soso for this high end hotel.

A very comfortable hotel, lovely breakfast, very friendly staff. Staff has limited English, make sure to use your translator app for smooth communication.

Hotel is excellent. Location is good for viewing. But not too good for strolling around. However service level is kinda bad in my opinion. The previous hotel that I stays in beijing is much more attentive and helpful. Especially in helping us foreigner which is not really good in chinese to get didi, look for location. In beijing, some even help us book for us with their didi. However in ritz, Staff there tend to half ignore to drive us away. Although they do not sound impolite, but the unwillingness to help is clearly seen. Thus i would rather figure it out myself.

Excellent hotel and Service. The entire staff goes beyond miles to please us. The room was very spacious and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Special thanks to Jimmy for her outstanding hospitality !

The highest building in Harbin, we liked it so much! The view is fantastic, you can see the whole Harbin 360degree. The room is great, even it was the cheapest one. Big bathroom and for girls- Dyson=)

Although had a bit issue when first arrived, but shortly it’s fixed. Overall a pleasant stay

We had the best stay. The hotel staff was so helpful and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The view was stunning. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Everything was wonderful. We would definitely consider staying at the Ritz in our future travels. However, the shower drain was so blocked and overflowed outside the shower. I know this seems like a small thing but it is annoying and messy. I ended up showering in the tub because the drainage was so bad in the shower. Other than that, fantastic experience.

This is a newer hotel in Harbin and for taxi drivers a bit complicated to get to, but is located just in front of the Songhua River. The service is impeccable as one would expect from the Ritz Carlton. Their breakfast and lunch buffet is great, they only set out small portions at a time which was great as the food was all quite fresh with a wide assortment of Chinese and International options. The staff were able to communicate well in English and made things very easy. As we were going back to Guangzhou they arranged a COVID test to be done in the hotel for us the day before we left and we picked up our results at the concierge before we left for the airport which was wonderful and far better than searching for a hospital nearby. The only issue was that there is no way to control the temperature in the room, so because it was winter only the heat would work and even with it off the room was always 27 degrees or even warmer which made it a bit toasty to sleep. Other than that, the staff were wonderful and the hotel facilities themselves are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Harbin.
