I was out on business and looked it up online. This hotel is close to my clients. The lobby is spacious and bright. The rose-red color scheme everywhere shows the aesthetics of the InterContinental Group and the special theme of Crowne Plaza. The enthusiastic service of the front desk staff Austin and the warm smile of the duty manager An Liyuan are still fresh in my memory. The robot Bingbing is cute. The room faces the Sunac Mall and overlooks the back garden of the entire hotel. It is also a beautiful view. I will choose this hotel next time. It has both the local characteristics of Harbin and the management style of the InterContinental Group. Very satisfied
