三點問題：
1、酒店4樓開了家ktv，大半夜在7樓房間裏都能聽見唱歌聲，很影響休息，酒店最重要的就是休息，副業影響主業就太過分了。
2、房間馬桶沖水有問題，需要手動復位，略麻煩。前台提出可以維修，態度很好，但考慮到行李都在酒店，就決定湊合幾天。希望可以在顧客入住之前檢查好
3、房間略冷，中央空調就是個擺設，沒有作用。温度感受因人而異，我作為女生覺得冷，對象作為男生覺得還可以。但！中央空調沒有用，無法用來調節房間温度，這點很不好。
