Appreciate their service attitude. A bad experience would be with the washing machine which wouldn't work without coins, which is quite weird as usually the self-service laundry is free or could be operated by QR code payments. I had already put the detergent on the clothes making them wet, only to be told that I had to wait until the next day morning as the front desk did not have coins, I had checkout in the morning.
