It's like a five star hotel, though some amenities was missing but in less cost you get royal feeling. Location is somehow little bit outside of haridwar but you can get means of transportation

Excellent hospitality, yummy food with nice presentation, excellent cleanliness, good behaviour of staff, large room size with clean bathroom and toilet, clean towels, neat and clean bedsheet and pillow, very good room service but no facilities of pickup and drop from station otherwise totally satisfied
