Room floor and carpet not clean. Clothes iron not available even after request. However, driver service was good and quick.

Hotel is good. Staff is very friendly n co operative but the rooms and washrooms really really need lot of maintenance. Wood work of floor n bathroom has just been very bad n cleanliness is required

The stay was prolific. Great place for to stay for business travel as well as personal. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was delicious

We checked into the hotel at 3:30. After checking in, we ordered ***churian with gravy. Immediately after ordering we get a call from the restaurant that you have to pay for the ***churian now. After that we ordered dinner. Even for dinner we get a call again that you have to pay now. Then meet us at 9:30 pm. For this reason we did not even have breakfast in the morning. Because if we had ordered breakfast then we would have been told, pay now! this is a very dirty and useless hotel, don't ever step there.

It was a comfortable stay, rooms are soundproof. However quality of bed sheet and pillows are not up to the mark but they changed it on one call

I was a bit apprehensive about the hotel earlier but staying there cleared my doubts. The property is near and clean and the staff us very cooperative and welcoming. The rooms are tidy too. Food is nice. We got a super deal with breakfast and dinner included and considering the price we found it worth the money.
