The stay was comfortable and hassel free, its near shantikunj gate no. 4 thats the reason i booked it in first place. However a day before my travel i had a call from hotel that solo travellers are not allowed to stay in haridwar due to some rules to which i said then this should be mentioned on your website and makemytrip. However since i paid in full for my 5day stay they let me stay. Apart from this all the other things of the hotel was good. Mr janak negi of reception was exceptionally helpful. The food at the hotel was tasty and delicious. Restaurant, staff is great and ambience is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and well litt, however, the size of room was little small for two people. Overall, it was a great day. If they change their policy for solo traveller i would travel again and stay at this place again. It’s safe for wo*** traveller as well.

Hotel ramaya inn haridwar is a fantastic choice for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The location is convenient, close to major attractions. Overall, it offers a delightful experience with great value for money. Highly recommended!

I didn't stayed there due to some unforeseen circumstances and there was no way that i was able to cancel the hotel at the last moment. (which was obvious. But the most unexpected thing was that i didn't even received a single call from the hotel regarding the stay, though i was not staying there at that particular day.

1. They dont know how to operate a hotel, whatever one can imagine that can go wrong in a hotel was indeed there in case of ramaya inn. Stinky rooms, no housekeeping, worst food service, always running short of supplies. Under-staff, inhospitable ***agement, with no sense of responsibility towards their guests. If you are okay to wait for 3 hours for your food and be at mercy of stupid hotel staff for your every need- you can go ahead with this booking, otherwise pick any other hotel in haridwar but not ramaya inn if you really wish to not spoil your visit.
