Their parking system is a trap. On this occasion the front office management advise that they will remove the ticket and soon it would end up in court. very cheap way of making money by the hotel And no wonder it is becoming a disgrace. Be careful if you go there with a vehicle.

Nice convenient place to stay for business meeting near airport, fresh hotel with good access to airport. Restuarant is fine Rooms and service 100% the same as in any other city where are Novotel’s are: Paris, London or Brussels Recommended 100%

So angry right now with the Accor Hotels group. We arrived at the Novotel Heathrow T1/2/3 at 234 Bath Road to check in. We were met at the door by a security man who informed us that we could not enter as they were not accepting guests and had not done so for the last year! There were numerous security guards around and lots of men outside smoking. In all honesty it looked liked it was being used to house refugees. We then tried to contact Novotel and Accor with no success - no one was answering our calls!! We then spent 2 hours securing a room in a hotel for the night as we had an early flight the next morning. I am beyond angry and disappointed with Accor that this could have happened. Why were we able to book this hotel through Accor when it was being used for other purposes? I would like someone from Accor to contact us and please explain what went wrong as we have lost confidence in Accor for our future travel arrangements.

This is the worst hotel for customer experience. They steal money and the duty manager Shawn is the rudest person to walk this planet, stay away from here at all costs. He refuses to help, his tone is awful and he is extremely rude in language to the point he stands and ignores you. I wouldn’t book here if my life depended on it, unless you want to pay for an extremely poor service

I stayed here a few times for business. I found the hotel to be clean and well appointed. The restaurant was OK if a little bright an airy like a canteen with waiters. The menu was bland and make sure you understand the parking charges.

I wish that I could review my stay at the Novotel London Heathrow Airport T1 T2 and T3 Hotel, but they cancelled my reservation. The email by which they did so made no mention of alternative arrangements or refunds. I called Accor Live Limitless who could do nothing to help a platinum member and told me to call the hotel. What is ALL for if not to provide assistance to loyal Accor customers?

The weirdest experience so far in an Accor Hotel. Not sure, if anybody has a clue on what they are doing running this hotel. Staff has no idea, nobody is answering phones, waited for a week for an email reply regarding a meeting room. Until today, I'm waiting for my invoice. It is indeed very mediocre. And stay away from the croissants during breakfast...produced 02/2020...and they are offering them without hesitation. When asking them about it...they said, "It's fine!".....??????

I arrived at 11pm at the Novotel in Bath Road from Terminal 5 for a prebooked over night stop over. I had stayed there two weeks before on my way to Egypt. This return visit is an all time low for an international company like Novotel. The entrance was blocked by at least four security staff and I was refused entry. A young manager came out and explained that they were closed. They were not taking in any new guests. I explained that my travel company had a booking made months ago. The manager said they were sending guests to the Holiday Inn just five minutes away. A taxi at their expense. My booking including breakfast would be honoured in full. Nothing to pay. 15 minutes later, me still standing outside. Manager came out and confirmed. Another 15 minutes later for the taxi to arrive. Holiday Inn had not received any information. 25 minutes later, I was registered. Next morning, breakfast room staff said that my breakfast was not included. Supervisor accepted that the paper work was not fully forwarded. Great breakfast followed. The taxi driver informed me he had taken 15 guests from Novotel to the Holiday Inn that day. Apparently Novotel is now a refugee centre. Tut Tut Novotel.

This hotel gave me two days notice that the home office were taking over the hotel just before my flight when they knew days ago. awful service and a hotel not to be trusted. With little notice it is hard to find another hotel.
