"For an overnight stop the hotel suited us just fine and the price suited our budget just fine. Taking the above 'measures' one at a time: Location: this really depends on the purpose of a travellers trip. For us it was ideal, just ia mere 10km south of where we need to be by 09.00 the next morning. Having said that, a description that it is located in a Motorway service area, at the most remote position would have helped. Our arrival was considerably hampered by direction from the A1M, some construction works, poor lighting and road markings around the parking area. It is worth noting that a car parking fee applies. Cleanliness: No complaints on this score. The bathroom arrangements are showing their age, but everything worked just fine. Servie: Check-in was straightforward with a very pleasant receptionist doing his best to make our arrival flawless. Facilities: The lack of hotel parking caught ne off-guard. You need to park in the public parking area of the Service Area. See also my comment on the bathrooms above."

"I stayed in a single room 512. It was a larger than expected room and the bed was high and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find you can catch the H91 bus from Osterley or walk for 15 mins from the station. The room had a fridge, TV and a decent bathroom with body cream in addition to all the usual cleansers. The shower was great! The room was carpeted and that was nice. There was a kettle with a basic range of hot drinks. The breakfast was good but the coffee not so good. I liked the choice of fresh fruit. The hot breakfast was varied but a bit cold. The toaster was not toasting the bread that well. The croissants were very nice crappy and fresh. The staff were pleasant and the foyer areas welcoming. I enjoyed my stay as I was visiting Kew Gardens and it took a short bus ride directly from the hotel and that was very good. So local to visit Kew Gardens. There are lots of food places around the hotel that are excellent value. I tried a chicken Biryani and it was superb! All very reasonably priced. The H91 bus stop is directly outside the hotel. I had a good view of Heathrow airport from my window and I was amazed how many flights went over the hotel. I couldn’t hear the planes but enjoyed watching them. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay again. It was a good value choice and met all my needs. Excellent stay for visiting Kew Gardens and a very reasonable price! The images I’ve uploaded are the hotel from the outside the view from my room, interior of the room after I stayed! And the bathroom and cleansers hope it’s a help folks!"

"Was given a disable accessibility room. The toilet makes the most difference. The wheel chair can go directly under the shower head but there are no place to put you clean dry clothes or dirty clothes. As the shower curtain does not go all the way to the bottom. The water is everywhere after shower. If you are staying more than 1 night i would recommend to exchange to another room. Breakfast is very standard."

"Worst hotel experience ever. The building is old, the carpets smell, there’s no phone in the room, the AC doesn’t work, and the customer service is terrible. We checked in around 2:00 p.m. and noticed our room’s AC wasn’t working, while our friend’s room was cool. The front desk said nothing could be done because the AC technician was off duty. The manager insisted the AC was working, despite the fact that a fan had already been placed in our room before we arrived—something our friend’s room didn’t have. It was obvious the hotel knew the AC was broken and assigned us the room anyway. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told none were available. Knowingly putting guests in a room with broken AC and then refusing to acknowledge the problem or offer a solution is unacceptable."
