The location is good for the airport. However, the bus from and to the airport runs every 1 hour. That is a downer. Except that i enjoyed the stay.

Decent Hotel, Good Breakfast, Nice Big Rooms and nice Sports Bar if you want to chill and have Beer. Would stay again. It's a big hotel could do with some more lifts and it would be nice if the Pool was to re-open. But I would stay again.

The service at the hotel is lovely. The food at Madhus is divine.,Regrettably I found a catheter packet under the bed. Although the hotel displays the lovely tropical pool on its website and generally can be seen in Google- it has been closed for 2 years.

Very polite staff, clean room. Breakfast is good with enough choices. If got EV charger for me EV vehicle will be perfect.

Very nice location - only about 15 mins to Heathrow Terminal 5. Well appointed rooms with generally quality facilities. Breakfast, however, was rather basic and there wasn’t a wide selection compared to Marriott, their next door neighbour. The website also does not give accurate information and I was only told that the swimming pool was permanently closed.

The hotel is quiet old and front desk have Indian girls those attitude is totally unacceptable. Asking for earlier 45 minutes check in they ask for 25 Pounds. What a ridiculous front service attitude never saw before any where in the world. Rooms are big but furniture is old. At the bottom line I will never stay again because of front desk Indian Girls Attitude.

Nice hotel for those their flights were suddenly being cancelled or delayed for stay 1 night. Room are big enough, clean and tidy. Bus stop is very close to hotel, I think 5 mins walking distance. Many bus to airport. But go to central side would take time. My package included breakfast, really nice breakfast, many foods and drinks to choose.

It wàs nice location was good near to bus stand and walking to mc Donald's and other side Indian restaurant hurling ton tandoori

For a world renowned name, we expected a little more of a positive experience than what we had. We found milk in our kettle and our AC made a noise but it was not cool. On the second request, the repair man said he had turned the boost up as we had a bit of AC working. Although this was on the morning of our stay, we slept in after our breakfast. Anyway, overall from past experiences, perhaps it was our thought of expectations that makes us rate this experience lowly.

Nice hotel, clean

The hotel is clean and nice enough, however it’s quite outdated - no usb chargers anywhere - no plugs/or chargers at the front desk. Not the end of the world but I’m the 21st century where most travellers need their phones - not helpful. Breakfast was mediocre - could have had better quality food! Over all the stay was pleasant - would t want to spend that much for long stay there.
