The Oasis Hotel

The manager was rude, one of the receptionist was rude. The main toilets in the lobby often has poo all over the seats and floor in the men's. A Asian man followed me back to my room waited outside for a good 10-15 minutes, was knocking at my door, I told the receptionist and then walked down to tell the security guard but he was fast asleep on the chairs near reception. And just know your not sleeping alone 🪳🕷🦗🪲🐝🐜🐛🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I have read many trip advisor reviews that say ' Terrible' or 'Avoid at all costs!!!' and on occassion for various reasons I have found myself having to stay in places with bad reviews. I have had many pleasant stays in such places and reviews have seemed inaccurate to me. This place though.... Wow. Found myself in this place last night ( did not look at reviews, big mistake) and instantly regretted it. Aside from a thoroughly unprofessional reception from who i suppose to be the staff, the room was terrible. Bathroom. Moldy, smelly and dirty. Bedroom. Dated (I can live with that), Smelly, covered in cobwebs with wildlife growing through the windows. The bed linen was seemingly older than me and covered in holes, ill fitting sheets allowing peeks of a filthy mattress lurking underneath. The final straw though was when i moved a small dresser unit and (sorry to put you off your meal) i noticed a dried on puddle of what looked like Phlegmmy mucus dried onto the bedroom. When i finished balking i got onto the internet (Via my phone- WIFI awful as well) and relocated to a Travelodge in London. Straight in the shower.
