One of the staff 'Navin Chavan' was paid 3 thousand twice through online payment by mistake...which we came to know after returning home..Mumbai..much later like 15 days later...I sent him the bank statement and he agreed that he rec'd 3000 twice..and said he will return it after his payment day at hotel...till date ie 7 oct 2023 he has not...he doesn't receive my calls..I have complained to his manager shri Shreedhar Sukale he said he will find out and get back to me..but he's also not responding...

Family cottage its quite silent to spend personal time. Very nice experience.It is very near to main market of Mahableshwr. The cottage has good arrangement of parking in main street. Staff of hotel was very polite.

Yes this is a very nice cottage to live in. We enjoyed a lot here. I will recommend all my friends to stay here. The staff is very good. The location is also very good which is in the main market. The rooms are also great. Hot water facility is great available 24*7. The food is also good, it is available in Veg/Non Veg. I took Non Veg and it was good. It's really good.

Good felling and experience in less price the staff was good. I will definitely recommend to all my friends. Location was good main market was at walking distance. Rooms was pretty good and clean room service was also well.

Nice place,staff is also professional..this is worth for all type of visit. We enjoyed the place,Paisa vassol. Will recommend to all my friends, whenever they visit Mahabaleshwar visit ShantiSadan ..hmm
