Found a large RAZOR BLADE (just a blade) in our room right before my one year old did. It could have been so bad. Additionally, trash and a crusty tee shirt was found under our beds. Upon telling the hotel, I was told I could only get a 50% comp toward my next stay or $25 toward another Best Western because I booked through a third party. My card can be charged for incidentals and reimbursed but suddenly no idea on how to refund it otherwise? Safety should be #1 and really not impressed.

I am 69 years old and used to do group travel. So, as you can imagine, I've stayed in many hotels over the years; and, I was beyond impressed with this hotel. The hotel itself was attractive, the price was reasonable, the staff was helpful, the breakfast had a good selection and the breakfast area was kept very clean, and our room was very comfortable. However, the crowning glory of this hotel was it's cleanliness. Everything was spotless. (We came back to the hotel early one afternoon and saw people cleaning the elevator doors, vacuuming the hall & blowing leaves off the parking lot...That was a first for me.) I just wish I could take this hotel with me every time I travel in the future.

Waller is a good town for economical rooms. Best Western is a little bit more than the rest, but I went with it and was glad I did. Very clean, even new looking. Convenient location, breakfast was out of the ordinary, very good. Check in was friendly and quick. Couldn't ask for more if you are a traveller
