Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa
3.8/5126 Reviews
This resort came highly recommended by my friends but in my opinion it was OK; however, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Room service was fast even on the Family Day long weekend! The restaurant attached to the resort had a tasty and large buffet selection and the waitresses went out of their way to please and to treat everyone in our family! The pools were not as hot as we wanted them to be (it rained on us while in the hot springs so we felt cold despite the heated outdoor pools). The rooms were outdated for a resort and for the price per night. We stayed only 1 night and that was more than enough! The highlight for us was the dinner and the breakfast buffets!
Harrison Lake View Suites

We stayed at harrison lake view suites in a 2bedroom lake view suite. Checkin was very strange, where you dont have a front desk. You need to ring the intercom and say your name and room number that was sent to you in an email. You also get a code for your room door and you dont need a key. Aside from this, the suite was super spacious, had a full kitchen and loungeroom. The suite was very clean and well stocked. It was conveniently located near the waterfront, shops and restaurants. It was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay here.
Harrison Beach Hotel

Very nice hotel. Pool was open only if you booked ahead of time. Front desk fellow was very nice when we checked in, very accommodating. But the lady who was at the front desk in the morning was very rude when we were checking out. She looked at us as if we were less than her. She never smiled, she never thanked us, she never asked how our stay was nothing, stood there but rudly said ok your done you can go now. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be there. Definatly won't come back to stay if I see her at the desk when we arrive.

It’s clean. Front desk is really helpful and polite. Location is good and quiet. The hot tub is great.
Harrison Lake Hotel

Gross, grim, unsanitary, not fit for animals! I was in three rooms at this hotel and they were all what nightmares are made of. The smell, the appearance, the utter filth was shocking! There was either ketchup or blood on the sheets, yellow stains which I can only assume were urine, even a shoe print on the fitted sheet! The shower curtain was ripped and covered in mold. Stains everywhere! Nothing was even wiped down. The coffee pot had moldy coffee in it! The outlet behind the bed was falling off and obviously super unsafe. The hallway had a forever fart aroma which I believe was coming from the disgusting empty hot tub. I didn't see housekeeping anywhere, there was, however, a large bin of garbage sitting in the hall. The iron spat out rust all over a brand new shirt. If there was ANYWHERE else in Harrison I could have escaped to, I would have!
Penthouse Lake Home - 3BR w/Amazing View & Deck!
4.7/51 Reviews
We had a family emergency in the Harrison area and were just looking for a last minute hotel reservation and this property came up in our search. At the low season rates, this property was no more expensive than a mid range hotel room, so even though we didn't need 3 bedrooms, we thought why not. Turned out to be a good call. The view from our place was spectacular and the location couldn't be better. The property is awesome. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus some other options for kids, like a pull out couch. We had a minor snow event during our stay, so the indoor parking was also very welcome. That's the good news. Minor downside is the property needs some sprucing up and was not the cleanest we've stayed at. A good going over on the bumps and dings and a through cleaning and this place would be one of the best values around. Recommended.
