Facilities are great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. But they have huge hygiene issues with their chalets. The first night my partner and I stayed there, we were woken up multiple times from rodents nesting, fighting and making a noise in the thatch roof. We thought it can't get much worse than that, so wanted to stick through another night. The second night, we got peed on by the rodents living in the thatch. We saw and heard the dripping onto the bed. Much to our horror, they confessed (next morning when we checked out as fast as we could) that this is a familiar problem, and they can't seem to solve it. It sounds like the staff on the ground have ideas for how to tackle it, but resort management aren't willing to change the aesthetics of the chalets to combat this problem. The resort manager himself mentioned that they just can't seem to sort out this problem. Unhygienic, disgusting and unacceptable.
