place is convenient for business travellers. Hotel is clean and tidy.

Absolutely amazing location. We stayed 2 nights.. treats on the bed for my birthday. Fantastic early check in at 12 midday ! Free parking, our room Overlooked the marina .. no air con but nice to feel the breeze coming through the window ..mattress a dream.. pillows dreamier .. not keen on the food the brewers fayre had to offer but Nando’s 5 mins walk.. The housekeeping / receptionists couldn’t have been more helpful . Very friendly. Asda and Morisons and M&S very close by too for snacks and treats .. well deffo return . Thank you to all who made our stay fabulous. Not sure why it’s only 3 star!

The hotel was very clean and as was room overlooking marina ,very enjoyable stay breakfast plentiful and all staff very happy and friendly

found a rat never went there again it was disgusting I feel so ashamed and for the price I paid I want to get my money back but I cant now because I didn't think the place was on trip advisor which I wish I had known ages ago because I've seen a rat in the room

Great location overlooking the marina with plenty of easy parking. Efficient check in and welcome by friendly staff.

We loved our stay and had a room facing the historic quay which was beautiful with the gorgeous weather we had for the weekend

Absolutely perfect setting for a two day stay. Staff were just so friendly, location was perfect and room was very comfortable.
