Le Riad a tout pour plaire, Un super personnel, une belle piscine, un bon service repas et de très belles chambres mais très mal insonorisées. Lorsqu’on q des chambres mal insonorisées, on évite de demander à ses employés de faire le ménage avant 8h du matin un dimanche matin par exemple. Car certes, on paye pour un certain standing chez Madu donc plus de 1000 DHS la nuit dans mon cas mais j’espère au moins pouvoir me reposer ce qui n’a malheureusement pas été le cas. Cependant le reste est irréprochable mais le confort d’un réveil en douceur est une chose à prendre en considération.

Struttura bellissima in prossimità di Merzouga. La piscina ha uno scenario unico , fare il bagno con dietro le dune non ha prezzo. Ottima cena, anche se la meno marocchina del nostro viaggio. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Unico neo, che sembra piuttosto comune in Marocco, materasso scomodo.

Estuvimos en el desierto, en el luxury camp aunque la recepción es en el Riad Madu. Desde el primer momento de la reserva se portaron genial pero es que la experiencia fue mucho más increíble de lo que pensamos. Íbamos con niños pequeños y nos trataron con amabilidad y comprensión. Las instalaciones del campamento cumplen con creces lo que dicen y la comida muy rica, típica y todo casero. repetiríamos si no viviésemos tan lejos. Gracias por todo

Gostamos bastante do riad! Atendimento impecável, muito prestativo e cordial. Café da manhã e jantar foram bem servidos e os quartos eram bem confortáveis. A cama era imensa!!!!!! Como venta muito, as janelas têm que ficar fechadas o tempo todo (por causa da areia), mas isso não estragou em nada nossa experiência. Afinal, é região do deserto!

Wonderful service and beautiful hotel. Terrific food for dinner and breakfast. Nice rooms Great shower and nice rooms. Definitely the best hotel at the edge of the desert. Only warning- beds are very very very firm. If you don’t mind that there is nothing bad about this place

Bad hotel for the customers I made a reservation for my customers our driver he is not given their room I know that they are not obliged to give it but all the hotels in merzouga he gives the driver a small room outside c 'is just for the other drivers, also the people working at the reception don't speak well

Rough around the edges and unenthusiastic, mostly bored staff. Food was very average. There was no menu, so we we got what we got. The mattress, pillows and “linens” were terrible. Frayed, small old towels. Pool is nice, but was unheated so too cold to swim. Not a vacation hotel.

Wir haben in Marokko schon ein paar schöne Hotels/Riads besucht, aber dieses hier ist das bisherige Highlight. Super sauber und wunderbar eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück und das Abendessen war 1) kulinarisch sehr lecker und 2) auch schön angerichtet. Gerade genießen wir die Ruhe am Pool mit Blick auf die grandiosen Dünen und freuen uns auf das Luxery Camp und dem Kamelritt durch die Dünen am späten Nachmittag, was auch vom Hotel angeboten wird. PS: Wir bekamen ein Upgrade für eine Suite, die wir sehr empfehlen können :).

Riad Madu must be a desirable name as a few properties share it. Be careful that you get the right one. Our stay here was booked as part of a tour we did through Morocco. The accommodation was pleasant, we especially enjoyed the large fireplace in the common area. WiFi was good in there as well. The bedrooms were spacious and temperature could be controlled quite well. We were there in December and it got cold at night. Showers were easy with reliable hot/cold water and water pressure. The beds were FIRM. Given the cold temps we did not enjoy the courtyard or pool. The least favorite part of the stay was the food. You don't have many options so eating on site is the easiest. What you lose is variety and quality. Nothing about the dinner, breakfast or lunch was notable. The food was utilitarian at best. It wasn't bad but given the location I expected more variety and local flavor than what is offered. There is also limited beverage options and no alcohol. I did see a couple bring their own wine so they allow that if you choose. The organized quad bike excursion was a lot of fun, definitely worthwhile if that's your thing. Everyone was pleasant and helpful on staff and responsive to any requests. Overall not a bad place to stay for a rest, just know that food will not be a highlight.
