The room is clean. It may not be very new, but it's not bad at all. For work, it's considered good, close to the market, close to the mall.

The hotel is in a rather deep alley. The room is moderately clean but close. Market and Central and in front of the alley there is a 7-Eleven. It's easy to find food and go shopping.

This is not only the four hotels we have stayed in Hat Yai, but even the worst hotel we have stayed in at the same price in the whole of Thailand:
1. Not enough parking spaces
2. The sanitation is very bad, the elevator is dirty, and the bathroom is full of stains
3. The room is crowded
4. Of the two bottles of drinking water provided in the refrigerator, one bottle has been drunk
5. Poor sound insulation
6. After 7 o'clock in the morning, I heard the noise of the waiter cleaning up the room
7. The equipment is not complete, even a hair dryer is not provided. I went to the service desk in the lobby and was told that there is no hair dryer in the entire hotel
