The receptionist is the rudest ever. The maids are rude too. They ignored us but say hello to Thai guests. They don't clean rooms good and have insects. The hotel is ugly and old, next to hospital. Construction noise all day and night. Also party hotel, guests drinking and loud all night so no sleep. Not good for Malaysian or westerners.
