"Pros 1. Receptionist and Cleaner are friendly. 2. Walking distance to Lee Garden & Kim Yong Market (around 5 -7 mins) 3. Near to few popular food stall/shop (below 5mins) Cons 1. The lights are dim especially toilet. 2. Cleanliness can be improve, hairs can be found in 4 booked rooms and 'little friends' can be found in room. 3. Some facilities are malfunction; e.g. plug is not usable, air purifier is malfunction, shower system is bugged."

"Third time staying here. My stay at the hotel was overall average, with a mix of decent features and areas that could use improvement. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, the hotel is fine if you only need a place to sleep. With better customer service, this could be a much more pleasant stay."

"The location is absolutely fantastic; there's a food street right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to step out whenever you like. The only thing is, we were in the older building this time, so the room felt a bit dated. A significant issue was the large bathtub in the bathroom, which would be quite a challenge for elderly guests to get in and out for a shower! Still, we managed to make it work."

"Hatyai Signature Hotel is a bit dated — you can tell it’s been around for some time. The sofa had some stains and the pillowcases were quite thin. However, for a quick overnight stay, it’s still okay. Reasonably comfortable and convenient for a short stop."

"A beautiful, clean, and hygienic hotel. We chose to stay near the airport after the Hat Yai flood, and it far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was spacious and delicious, with reasonable prices. I'm guessing the 1098 baht price included tax, making it 1284 baht in total. A Grab taxi from the airport cost 106 baht and took just a few minutes to arrive. There's a 7-Eleven very close by with a wide selection of items."

"Booking for twin size bes but when I check in, I change it to 2 single bed. The hotel is good to let me have a early check in. The rooms over all is good n nice view ( can see the 7 eleven) Only the fridge never clear from the housekeep still have some foods inside the fridge."

"Excellence hotel and location value for money. 100m walking distance toward center abundance food restaurant, massage barber shop, grosary shop, plenty of nearby hotel. And plenty of tour agency. The hotel is room is clean and room bed is comfortable with hot kettle, mini freezer and table for dinning and working. Prices is reasonable acceptable."

"Stays for 2nights..Location is superb, walking distance to Lee garden & kimyong market.. for the second days.. the cleaner forget to put back the drinking water and cause almost penalty to us.. fortunately the receptionist says its okay.. overall is great.. and surely will repeat again 😬😬😬"
