The facilities are relatively simple and the rooms are small. But the hot water flow is very strong and the water is very hot, which I like very much. . .
The location is relatively remote. There are two night markets nearby which are pretty good. There is the one massage parlor next to the ASEAN Market, which is very good. The price is slightly more expensive than in Pattaya. . .

Pool was closed. Would have been nice to know this but why give customers a reason to not buy right? Only one elevator so I used the stairs half the time. Using the stairs I noticed uneaten food stashed for over 24 hours on the 5th floor. Not only is this gross and unsightly but some of the biggest rats I’ve ever seen have been in this city and if you keep this up you’re gonna attract these unwanted guests. Breakfast disappointing. Beds are on wheels so they roll away from the wall, uncomfortable. Food deliveries must be picked up from lobby. Staff was lovely but that’s always the case in Thailand. Whoever is running this place needs an assistant or two

Room was okay, basic room but equipped with bathtub. Overall is okay. Pool is quite small, but it is enjoyable if you are the only user of the pool.

The receptionist is friendly, good service, even almost checking in. It's midnight already. The room is nice, clean, new, bathroom complete, can ask for a toothbrush. You can get an additional shower cap. The mattress is OK. The air conditioner is nice. Breakfast has a fair amount to choose from. Overall, it's worth it.
