บริการดี มีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดในตอนเช้า / เคาท์เตอร์มีคนอยู่ตลอด ติดต่อสะดวก
ห้องก็เก็บเสียงประมาณนึง สะอาด มีfacilities ให้ครบ
ห้องน้ำเป็น shower มี jel and shampoo ให้ 👍🏼

It was our first time staying in this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Most of them were able to speak Malay language. The location was great as they are close to 7e and Amazon cafe. It’s easier to get tuktuk from the hotel too. We’ll definitely stay here for another trip to Hat Yai.

The parking is very spacious. You dont have to worry about parking space. Im also grateful that the hotel staff kept my brother's pants that he accidentally left in the wardrobe. We came back to pick up the pants after 2 days and it was kept neatly in a plastic. Gonna have to book this hotel again next time.

I like the location of the hotel and the room is spacious. However, the hotel needs to improve the service and cleanliness of the room. You have to bring toothpaste, toothbrush and other amenities because only body showers and shampoo are provided by the hotel.

The room is clean. Need improvement and upgrading for toilet. Location is fine, several eateries which are near. Lee Garden and Central Hat Yai less than 10 minutes by Grab.
