เป็นที่พักที่อยู่ไม่ไกลอยู่ด้านหลังโรงพยาบาลมอ.สงขลานครินทร์ถ้าเดินจากที่พักไปโรงบาลก็ไกลสักหน่อย สามารถเรียกรถตุ๊กๆได้คิดราคาเหมาๆ หรือเรียกแคปก็ได้ บรรยากาศห้องพักสะอาด เงียบสงบดีคะ

ทำเลดี อยู่หลังตลาดศรีตรังที่มีของกินอร่อยมากมาย ถ้าใช้กูเกิ้ลนำทางอาจจะหลงเข้าซอยแคบได้
มีที่จอดรถพร้อมที่กั้นอัตโนมัติ สะดวก ปลอดภัยดี แต่ที่จอดรถหญ้ารก ทำให้ดูคับแคบไปหน่อย
ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเก่ามาก หลายอย่างชำรุด เช่นที่จับสายฉีดหลุด ที่จับผักบัวหลวมกลัวจะหลุดตกลงมาเหมือนกัน
ไฟแสงสว่างในห้องน้อย ค่อนข้างมืด ตู้เย็นไม่ค่อยเย็นเท่าไหร่
โดยรวมดี คุ้มราคา ทำเลไม่ขาดแคลนของกิน
