room is pretty basic. just simple and easy. room is spacious with a small table for some night time snacks. not for fussy travellers though. location is nice. have a night market just outside the hotel.

The hotel is old but clean. There is an elevator. The air conditioning is cool and comfortable. Television can be viewed clearly. Located in the heart of Hat Yai city. The restaurant is easy to find, there is parking, the price is average, overall enough to sleep, not luxurious, very good, next to the main road but not noisy. Near a Chinese temple It is a very beautiful Chinese architecture.

Nice, clean hotel located in the heart of the city. Lots of food around Can walk to Kim Yong, not noisy, chaotic, good air conditioning, a lot of food around the hotel, delicious.

Great location. Although the hotel is dated and old, the rooms are clean. They also clean the room everyday. The staff are also very helpful. Easy to get tuk tuk or grab or just walk to Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden Plaza.

Pound for Pound good value ... Old Budget hotel but house keeping good everything functional .. had Balcony which was a bonus... Walking distance from Town Centre & night market ... Modern food courts nearby.
