We a group of friends and kids went for lunch today. Very good ambience with a good view. The staff was super. We had ordered milkshakes. The chocolate was out of this world. Gobi 65 was crunchy. Chicken biryani melted in our mouths. Hats off to the chef. We had some suggestions. They accepted it with a pleasant face. French fries had some magic in it.

The family room I booked 3 weeks ago was sold to someone else at the last moment. The day before my arrival I was informed over the phone that this room had been reserved twice by mistakenly and that two other rooms could be provided instead. And I did not agree, and they agreed to provide the same family room. But when we got there they lied again saying that they were repairing the bathroom in that room and gave me two other rooms for my family at higher price. I had to obey them because I was helpless at the last minute, and it was hard to find another place because of the Christmas weekend. But in the rooms I was given, the washrooms were very unpleasant. The next day I barely found another place and checked out. We never recommend this place to any.

Agreements are changed at the last minutes for profit, bathrooms stink and not properly functioned. And you will be helpless at the last minutes. They dont have responsibility on the prior agreements and all chamge at their advantage. Unpleasant service.

This is the most disgusted experience i have ever had. I booked a family room three week prior to my visit and at the last moment they informed me that the room was mistakenly doubled book and I ll be offered another two rooms instead. I didnt agreed and once i got in to the hotel they informed me that the wash room is under repair and i have to accept the other two rooms they offered instead of the family room i booked. However I got to know this was a totally misleading me and i noticed that they have sold this to another. Hope they have sold it to some one at higher rate than they agreed to me, after i book the room, as the dates i visited are much crowded than expected when i made the booking. Finaly the one wash room was not properly functioned in the room they offered to me and the day after day i cheked out and find nother place to spent my holiday. Agreed price for the family room is 10,300 LKR per night and they charged 14,000LKR for the room they offered at the last moment. I never recomend this place to any.
