had a brilliant evening here! The atmosphere was welcoming with a chilled and laid back vibe, and the staff were really attentive, the drinks were well-priced and quality, and the food was delicious. Try the bar snacks and a pint – you won’t regret it

We had a comfortable night at Haworth Old Hall. It’s a historic pub in a genuine 17 century building. It’s a short walk to the Brontë Parsonage. The restaurant was popular with non residents. The staff were friendly and kind. The manager contacted us to let us know that we had left items behind after our stay, and he went out of his way to return them to us! Highly recommended!

Stayed one Thursday night early May as a surprise birthday treat for the wife, lovely old hall, all the staff were helpful and friendly, evening meal was excellent value and really good and it's got good parking next to an equally good beer garden. Very lucky with the weather as well. They weren't doing breakfast though but it wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend.

Does the perfect stay exist? YES, at the Haworth Old Hall! Everything was super: the location, the room clean, very comfortable and so nice, the dinner delicious and tasty, the welcoming of the kind ladies at check in, the dinner service by the young and so nice girl, the manager that was so helpful despite the power cut in the district! Unforgettable stay in the best!

Lovely three course Xmas dinner Loved the prawn and salmon starter, very very tasty the dressing gorgeous The duo of beef dinner very nice, but I could only manage the brisket, felt bad leaving the lovely cooked steak, but just too much meat for me.lots of roast potatoes, 2 would have been enough . Dessert quite nice Lovely serving staff, and managers lovely,

Pub Review - The Old Sun Inn - Haworth - Yorkshire. The sign drops the word ‘old’ and dates the pub from 2021, though the building is undoubtedly 17th century, suggesting a previous pub existence and a recent name change. As with much of Haworth, the pub was celebrating the town’s 1940’s festival, and given the heatwave the beer garden was proving very popular, especially with Kyle Eva, a first class George Formby impersonator in full swing. Dog and family friendly and given the festival rush, the staff coped remarkably well, with many in costume reflecting the spirit of the festival. Arthur Chappell

From the moment we stepped through the door we were warmly greeted. We sat near the door and noticed the attention to excellent service was second to none! The staff were friendly and really helpful and the food was excellent. The atmosphere is that of a local and everyone is made to feel welcome. I highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed here for the first time for our annual trip to Haworth and loved it. The room was very spacious, clean and full of charm. The staff were very welcoming and so helpful, plus the parking on site was a great help! Would definitely recommend staying here!

6 of us just had Sunday lunch there just now, we are on a trip so only review food and rood management. we all booked our Sunday lunch individually because we were paying separately etc and we were told to order now as would be 45 minute wait. The woman in grey in charge was rude saying I hope they not expecting dinners all out together as we paid separately then stormed off, then problems with coke order she was getting stroppy again. the other lady on till was lovely and young girl who brought food out polite. so we got 6 roast dinners £15 each worst dinner we have ever had, the roast beef was dry the veg was 2 roast pots sweet red cabbage mongetout green beans big Yorkshire and meat. very poor veg choice and quality. my turkey was 2 skimpy pieces compared to beef, I complained a man came to table said nothing went away then, they brought more out. our food came out together in 15 minutes which was strange if 45 delay🤔. my friend had sweet potato chips terrible dry as sticks looked like left overs. but it's the rudeness which is bad for such a beautiful building. toilets terrible too. if there was somewhere else we would have left. I don't normally put bad review but had too

What a beautiful old pub. So much character and charm. Great service ( note they only take cash tips which we did not have), very helpful and attentive. Had a lovely lunch - salad with cauliflower wings and garlic Mayo for me and sausages and mash for my other half. Great beer - Marsden’s Pedigree was delicious.

Staying around the corner at the old registry they recommended here to eat as their restaurant was shut that evening. I can think of no better place than here to rest eat and drink. Warm friendly staff and fires from which you can stare out of the windows at the storms and rain. A classic of worldly pub right out of a Brontë novel. A good food menu with ample car parking situated right at the bottom of the main street of Haworth

Booked for Sunday lunch met at the door by a very efficient and friendly gentleman. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lunches were excellent, well cooked and tasty. Staff were attentive but just enough to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a desert which was well presented and delicious. I would highly recommend this establishment and also advise booking as a number of customers were disappointed.

We visited this week and really enjoyed our lunch. The food was good and reasonably priced. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The surroundings are amazing. Our visit made our day out very memorable.

The building oozes character and is worth a visit on that basis. To be honest, we were going to eat here, but found the menu uninspiring. The real ale choice was decent, but the beer could have been colder. The worst bit is that I only ended up on the beer because they didn’t have a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine which is quite astounding!
