The hotel was a little bit modern in the entrance however, the rooms not really, there was rusty in the bathroom heather… On our Room there was not even one full set of towels, neither 2 since we booked for 2 adults, however the employee from reception came to give us one set when we ask though. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Not much choice, anyway. Has a free parking which was a plus for us but not sure if would come back since it is supposed to be a 4* hotel and we paid for that, however, I would give 3 stars. The only photo I have is from the window of the room sorry.

Good location and nice staff. Overall was a good experience and absolutely would choose to go there again in the future.

The hotel is newly built, very clean and the rooms are relatively large. The double bed room is one bed, not two pushed together. It is very close to the airport and train station, and there is a Chinese restaurant about 500 meters away.

Excellent hotel, a little out of the way for those who don't have a car, but urban transport is always efficient.

New stay, a few months after the previous one, again for health reasons linked to the nearby hospital facility affiliated with the hotel. Everything (or almost) as excellent as in April: from the welcome and assistance at the reception where I remember, in addition to the aforementioned Raul and Francesca, the kind and professional Letizia, to the rooms, to the parking, to the always valid and plentiful breakfast service. of offer. Right here is the only very negative aspect related to an absurd episode that occurred one morning during my stay which I want to avoid commenting in detail... I therefore confirm the validity of this excellent hotel, absolutely recommended for both tourism and work or, as in the case of me and my family, for health reasons.

I have been at the Hotel since Tuesday 7 November, an excellent solution for those like me who have to assist those hospitalized at Villa Erbosa. Clean and comfortable rooms, all the staff both at the reception and in the breakfast room (excellent products and variety), and on the floors, super kind and professional. Thank you for making my stay, not for vacation, comfortable.

Standard hotel for the category. It will have a large, clean room, the bathroom and towels are tidy and clean. Worthy of note is the possibility of accessing the comfort area with hot drinks and sweets always available to guests. Note of demerit for the rooms on the first floor overlooking the reception because you can hear everything said at the check-in desk at any time …

I stayed at this property for just one night in October, I was in Bologna for leisure. My room was a double room for single use. The location in my opinion is excellent. Quiet area but perfectly connected to the center by buses (stop 80 meters away). Very nice and welcoming hotel, clean, modern, very comfortable rooms. Beautiful bathroom, spacious shower and huge mirror. Breakfast quite varied and good. Very kind staff, from reception to the breakfast room. Breakfast served from 7am to 10.30am Check out by 12pm!!!! I found these 2 things very comfortable! If I were to return to Bologna I would definitely return to this establishment. Highly recommended.

PRO: useful location for the training centers in the area and the hospital. Kindness of the reception staff. Functional Wi-Fi; PC workstation; refreshment corner 24 hours a day; minimal Technogym gym; decent breakfast. CONS: few parking spaces reserved for the Hotel; lack of soundproofing in the rooms; slightly "dated" furnishings.

We had already been there in 2017 and returned for one night... Excellent location, not far from the center of Bologna by car; hotel with parking. The room, unfortunately, disappointed us greatly: blind bathroom with the ventilation fan not working, shower only with a shower head, without a hand shower, and a broken tile near the bidet. It would need painting to cover the marks on the walls left by the many guests. The (narrow) curtains were unable to darken the room (the next day, at reception, they told us that they provide pegs to those who ask for them). Room not soundproofed: cleaning noises can be heard in the morning. But above all, the room door didn't lock, we pointed it out but nothing changed and we had to ask for the keys to lock it. Finally, average breakfast, but not very organised; we arrived around 9.45 and there was no natural water, no glasses... and we waited a long time for the 2 coffees, because the waitress forgot our order, but continued to arrange the buffet. It would serve 2 people for breakfast. Constant attention to detail would be enough to improve, because there is potential.

Under the bed of the room we found cans and bottles of drinks that had already been used, certainly not by us, so we reported to the reception who when paying the bill did not give us any discount and therefore I think that the room had not even been cleaned before our use

Clean and with a very abundant and varied breakfast. These are the basic things in a hotel. The room was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. To go to the center just take a bus from the nearby stop. In a few short steps you arrive at the towers. They also accept animals. Nice experience to repeat

Hotel easy to reach from the motorway, comfortable and clean. Modern and perfectly soundproofed room, you can't hear the planes landing at the nearby airport. Convenient to the center and the station. very kind and professional staff.

Stay of a few days for health reasons (the structure is located in the immediate vicinity of a well-known clinic). The choice was excellent: recently built hotel, well-furnished and clean rooms, efficient and punctual services starting from the excellent breakfast. Given the obvious needs relating to the reasons for the presence... and given some problems that occurred (absolutely not connected to the hotel), there was always assistance and availability. Thanks in particular to Francesca and Raul, truly irreplaceable! Highly recommended facility.
