Red Roof Inn Hayward

Very clean. Hotel looked very old.

I wanted to be able to support this small motel but they were disappointing. Rented a room through the National website because phoning directly was a higher price. Checked in and put my cousins name on the room when I picked up the key. She was in denied being on the room the next day. She called me and I was told that the phone number I left on the paperwork I signed was incorrect. they said I should’ve brought her ID with me which is incorrect. When I went to the desk later to confirm what I wrote, it was clear as day in writing so they obviously were trying to find a reason to deny her. The rooms were tiled and cheap. Wi-Fi service not working. I would not recommend and I will not use this company again. Lots of excuses about how things were not their fault.

Great overall

Greed runs this place. Filty stairways, you will smell ***** everywhere. Feeling of unsafe while staying here. Unless you are used to living in Ghettos.

I was surprised at how nice the room was. The outside of the hotel looks horrible and the stairs are dirty and old. But the rooms are very nice. The value was great. I’d stay again. I didn’t have any issues

The property is very nice because the building is.
