"I noticed egg and cheese omelette was placed together in a omelette containing ham. My husband and mother in law ended up eating some if it before noticing ham in it. There was no labeling of food and the fact that they were placed together since there are guests like us who do not consume pig products. It was a very disgusting experience. When I checked in the room was not cleaned properly with hair all over in the bathroom and carpet was dirty as if it was not vacuumed. There was no face cloth and not enough hand towels for 3 guests. I have been using Holiday Inn but this was not what I expected especially that it was a new hotel."

"The rooms are SUPERB! Full size refrigerator. Eleven hundred watt microwave. Pillow- top mattress. No bedbugs, roaches, or any other pests. Very safe! But. There is no housekeeping at this property. I resided here for eight weeks. They never cleaned my room. Not once. In eight (8) weeks! They never chanced my linen. Not once! In eight weeks! So, as long as you realize housekeeping will NOT clean your room? No matter how long you stay at Studio 6? Then you are good. Because no one will clean your room at Studio 6 but YOURSELF!"

"The room was acceptable, and parking was convenient. However, the elevator was out of service with no prior notice — a basic courtesy that should have been communicated ahead of time. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Over our three-night stay, the only hot item offered was an omelette. On the first morning, it was inedible; the following two mornings, it was barely acceptable. Thin paper plates were used, making it difficult to carry hot food safely. Options were extremely limited — no yogurt, just waffles, cereal, and muffins. This should not be marketed as a “full breakfast,” especially when compared to other Comfort Inns where the breakfast quality is significantly better. While the stay met basic expectations, the lack of communication and poor breakfast experience were serious letdowns."
