訂的明明是西站的酒店，前台沒人，服務極差。老闆非説安排在另一邊萬和路的分店，賊無語，而且離得還非常遠，6公里。。。去到萬和路的酒店，根本就沒有前台。簡直一言難盡，裏面的設施設備非常老舊，感覺幾百年都沒人住過似的。訂的明明是酒店，讓住的連賓館都不如。。。。。非常差。差評差評差評。千萬不要訂這個。坑人的。

我和我老公大概晚上十一點半入住，一進門，房間就臭臭的，邊邊角角也很臟。床單被套都起球有黑色絨毛在上面，房間裏沒有吹風機，讓我老公下去找老闆要，第一次下去老闆不在，第二次拿上來，我刷完牙（用了個牙刷）準備洗澡發現沒有熱水，水流很小，像筷子大小，洗冷水都洗不了的那種水流，沒有得洗澡，然後我上了個廁所，（紙的質量也超級差）紙都沖不下去。我們就坐在床上，其它什麼都沒動。環境太差了大概凌晨一點我們説退房，然後下到一樓跟老闆對接。我們説退房，老闆説有什麼問題，我們就把上面的問題跟老闆説了，老闆説了熱水有，但我們也沒跟老闆上去了。我説退房可以退錢嗎，老闆説是網上訂的退不了，然後我們就走了，老闆上去看房間。然後我兩點的時候在網上申請了退款（老闆説的網上訂的他管不了，那我就在網上申訴（申訴結果也是沒有得退款的）。申訴完客服就打電話和我核實，可能也跟老闆核實了，結果老闆就發短訊給我老公説我們把房間搞亂（我們進門後基本沒動什麼東西，也沒什麼東西可以動的），説我們在裏面**。我真的很無語。祝早點倒閉！
