"When I checked in, the housekeeping staff was reporting more than 10 rooms to the front desk. The front desk deliberately picked a very bad room for me from the 10 rooms, because it was on a low floor and facing a karaoke bar. It was past midnight, and the karaoke bar was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. The windows were not soundproof at all, and as a result, I didn't get enough rest, which delayed my trip the next day. The front desk staff was too mean.
