I requested a non-smoking room, but was still assigned a room with a slight smoky smell and an ashtray provided. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and someone was smoking indoors. Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. The soundproofing was good, making for a quiet night. The location is convenient for transportation, and dining and shopping are all nearby. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was breakfast, which even included *douhua* (tofu pudding) – that definitely gets top marks! I'll absolutely book this place again on my next visit.
