GGuest UserThe contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful. They even cooked us sweet potatoes and taro for the trip this morning. Highly recommended, great value for money! Just a small suggestion: it would have been better if they had some low pillows. The pillows are a bit too high.

剛到酒店門口，門僮就主動上前接過我們的行李箱，冬日的冷風裡，這份熱情瞬間驅散了旅途疲憊。前台辦理入住的效率超高，工作人員不僅快速完成手續，還笑着告知我們是當天第 100 位入住客人，直接免費升級了超級大床房，還貼心遞上兩杯温熱的薑茶，輕聲叮囑：“，暖暖身子，房間裏還能看到龍江夜景呢。” 同時還打印了附近的情侶打卡路線，標註出本地人常去的寶藏餐館和夜市，比我們做的攻略還實用。
推開房門的瞬間，我們就被這份浪漫拿捏了。暖黃色的燈光鋪滿房間，超大落地窗正對着龍江和遠處的喀斯特山巒，傍晚時分，夕陽把江面染成金紅色，窩在沙發裏看落日餘暉，氛圍感直接拉滿。房間裏的全智能客控系統更是驚喜，喊一聲 “小度小度”，就能調節燈光亮度、拉合窗簾，甚至還能播放浪漫輕音樂，床品柔軟得像雲朵，貼身的被褥帶着淡淡的陽光清香，衞生間乾濕分離設計，洗漱台的木質香氛洗漱用品質感十足，連角落的垃圾桶都套着雙層乾淨垃圾袋，細節處的衞生管理讓人無比安心。
最打動我們的是酒店的貼心服務。深夜我突發想吃本地小吃，抱着試試的心態聯繫前台，沒想到工作人員不僅幫我們推薦了 24 小時營業的煮粉店，還主動幫忙叫了出租車；第二天清晨男友想給我拍江景日出，前台得知後特意送來三腳架。早餐時段的自助餐廳更是藏着驚喜，除了常規的中西式餐點，還能吃到地道的河池煮粉和油茶，麪包搭配果汁，讓我們在晨光裏開啟了元氣滿滿的一天。
酒店的地理位置也堪稱情侶出行的 “黃金座標”，步行 10 分鐘就能到銅鼓廣場，晚上牽着彼此的手在龍江畔散步，晚風拂過滿是愜意；距離白馬步行街僅 10 分鐘車程，閑暇時可以去逛夜市、打卡網紅小店，返程時酒店的免費停車場也省去了找車位的煩惱。退房時，工作人員笑着説 “祝你們旅途甜蜜”，讓這場入住的收尾充滿了儀式感。

LLinweizhiCome to Yaowangtianxia to have fun on March 3rd. The hotel has ethnic characteristics. You need to take the elevator to check in on the second floor. Cars can also drive up directly. I was shocked by the grandeur of the lobby. It is right in front of the check-in photo spot of the scenic spot. I was shocked again when I entered the room. It was such a big room😆
Take a shuttle bus at the entrance of the scenic spot to Geyas Valley to see the cave. It is very big and beautiful. The plank road has been repaired and you can take the elderly and children to walk around. It is not difficult.
I would like to say something special! The row of snack bars at the entrance of the scenic spot are all delicious! We bought roast meat, fried rice, and roasted chicken legs, and none of them were bad. It was the first time I was late for something cheap and delicious in the scenic spot. You can try it!
I was satisfied with the overall stay this time. I recommend it!

2203822****The hotel itself is a major attraction, with mountains and water, lush vegetation, and high negative oxygen ions, making it an excellent place for a wellness retreat. The hot springs at the hotel are superbly designed and offer a great experience. The freshly made dumplings at breakfast were especially delicious. The hotel doesn't allow private cars to enter directly; you have to park in the outer lot and then take a shuttle. While the shuttle was quite prompt (it's not peak season now, so occupancy isn't full), it was still a minor inconvenience.

GGuest UserThe room facilities exceeded our expectations. There are refrigerators, washing machines, induction cookers and exhaust hoods. The room is clean and tidy, and there are two wardrobes, which is especially suitable for traveling. The boss is very enthusiastic. Meet our various needs and provide pick-up and drop-off service. The accommodation conditions are first-class in Bama health care area, and I will stay here again next time I come.

AAnonymous UserThe special twin bed, the room is not big, but the 2 beds are very narrow, if it is a bed, it is very good. Behind the room is the mountain, very quiet, the other side of the room faces the street, it will be noisy. The sanitary condition of the room is OK, but the sanitary conditions of the bed are not good. It should not be a wave of people. The two beds have hair and a few stains that look unwashed, but it was very late (at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night) and I was alone. I didn't find the front desk to change the bed. Room facilities are OK, smart toilet.

GGuest UserSituated right by the Bama River, the hotel offers lovely views. The interior design is quite appealing, and the full-length mirror in the room was a fantastic touch! The bathroom was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was breakfast, which even included *douhua* (tofu pudding) – that definitely gets top marks! I'll absolutely book this place again on my next visit.

__M1381140****The exterior is grand, but the interior is a complete mess! The bed in the room is so tight that if one person turns over, everyone else feels like they're on a boat. My husband and I were practically afraid to move, worried about disturbing our child's sleep. The bedside table was so wobbly that we didn't dare put anything on it. We contacted the hotel, and they replaced the bedside table with two decent ones, but the bed issue remained unresolved because we saw the same problem in other rooms! The floors and walls were dilapidated, and the breakfast selection and quality were worse than a budget hotel.
The only redeeming quality was the smiling service from the staff, who genuinely tried to resolve the issues, but unfortunately, the hotel is just too old.
