Very bad experience. First of all, the room was small with only a bed and not even a set of tables and chairs. In addition, the noise was serious. After negotiation, we were asked to change rooms. Unexpectedly, as soon as we opened the door of the new room, we were greeted by 3 huge mosquitoes. Later, we had to change back to the original noisy room. The most terrifying thing was that the door was opened by the waiter at 1 a.m., saying that the registration was wrong and that this room was vacant. I was scared to death! We had dinner downstairs and were forced to collect a 12% service charge, but there was no service at all! This is a hotel that costs 1,000 yuan per room

Don't stay at this hotel, it's too bad. This is the worst hotel I stayed at during my trip to London. The lobby manager is Indian, and the waiter is from Southeast Asia. The air conditioner in the room doesn't work. The control panel is on the air conditioner, which is decades old and yellow, old and ugly. And the room I was given for the first time was on the first floor. The corridor was full of moldy carpets and the ventilation was very poor. When I asked for a refund, the lobby manager didn't handle it. He said politely that I would talk to the housekeeping department, and then sent back an email from the Ctrip agent hotel that didn't agree to check out. He also said that the customer had to check out for his own reasons and the room fee would not be refunded. Later, they changed me to a better room on the second floor, but the window was locked and couldn't be opened, the room couldn't be ventilated, and when I turned on the air conditioner, this motor sounded. It was already their best room. I said I wouldn't refund the first night, so I would refund the second night. I notified the hotel 24 hours in advance, so I could check out for free. Appearance, and I know you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but it looks a dump from the outside. Inside it has the air of a 1970s motorway service stop. If you arrive late there is no food and the bar closes early. We ended up with KFC from Uber eats in the foyer, not exactly the dream start to your vacation. I had requested a letter be dropped off for my collection. This was also a potentially big issue until we discovered (just before check out) that it was in the manager's in tray but he only does his mail once a fortnight. The room was well worn but comfortable enough. There are much better places to stay near the airport than this hotel. Won't bother again.
