When I asked for a refund, the lobby manager didn't handle it. He said politely that I would talk to the housekeeping department, and then sent back an email from the Ctrip agent hotel that didn't agree to check out. He also said that the customer had to check out for his own reasons and the room fee would not be refunded. Later, they changed me to a better room on the second floor, but the window was locked and couldn't be opened, the room couldn't be ventilated, and when I turned on the air conditioner, this motor sounded. It was already their best room. I said I wouldn't refund the first night, so I would refund the second night. I notified the hotel 24 hours in advance, so I could check out for free. The second night was on Sunday. The lobby manager said no rush, madam, our booking department will reply whether to refund you the second night's room fee next Monday. Then I had to book a hotel outside for 2500 and it barely made it for one night. Although Ctrip contacted and communicated, the communication was useless and only a waste of time. The Indian lobby manager said one thing and said something nice, but he did nothing but replied to the email and refused to check out. It was disgusting. They didn't say it directly when they didn't refund, which was extremely disgusting.
