I paid 8 euros for 2 nights, and it's pretty much what you could expect to get in the west for that much. In China however you can find places that will give you your own room. The dormitory was alright, they give you new sheets, and the locals were nice. The toilet was a total mess, no toilet paper, so don't expect soap or towels either. The common room has a old kettle.
Also, the address you get is actually wrong, on Google maps at least, it will send you to a residential area. While the hotel is near one of the parks.
Also since this is China, people smoke inside.

This is very standard cheap hostel. It's indeed clean, just some water on the floor in the bathroom. Location is convinient. Metro and city center are very near. Rooms have enough space.
But beds are relatively short. And generally it's just plain wood, not really soft. Which is fine for me. I slept diagonally. And i am used to hard beds.
Also i really would like to have a locker there are.
And the owner are not in the hostel physically. He have cameras and microphones in the entry hall. To enter you need to ask him for code first. So contact owner a little bit in advance.
