The room is fully smart, equipped with Xiao Ai (a smart assistant), so I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning just by calling out from bed. It's incredibly convenient and frees up your hands. The amenities are comprehensive, with all sorts of extra supplies available, showing great attention to detail. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared fresh welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch as soon as I entered the room. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Hefei!"

"I stayed at the Westin Hotel in Hefei for two nights during the National Day holiday, and I was very satisfied – it exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is excellent. Wanda Plaza is right across the street, and it's very close to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street (personally, I think Huaihe Street is much more fun than Lejie Street). There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Any requests I had were promptly attended to. Both beds in the room were 1.37 meters wide, and I slept wonderfully both nights. There was also a long sofa in the room, which was perfect for relaxing. I especially want to commend the shower – the water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower experience. Next time I'm in Hefei, I'll definitely be staying here again!"

The room's facilities were brand new and smart, impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. Attentive and thoughtful service: The front desk staff processed check-in quickly and efficiently, with a friendly and welcoming attitude, greeting us proactively and detailing the hotel's facilities. What impressed me most was the room service – incredibly fast response times, and all the staff had smiles on their faces, making us feel right at home. The breakfast absolutely deserves a big thumbs up! The variety was beyond imagination, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, featuring both local breakfast specialties and Western pastries and salads. The ingredients were very fresh, and the taste was authentic, fully energizing us for the day. Overall impression: Both the hardware facilities and software services at Lefuqiang Platinum demonstrate the professionalism and high standards of a luxury hotel. The attention to detail truly shines, such as the quality of the toiletries and the mini-bar setup, which made us feel we got excellent value for money. This stay was almost perfect, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hefei for business or leisure. This is definitely your top choice!
