AAhadGermanRoom was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

Mmint****Extremely satisfied! I went to Hefei for a one-day trip to see a concert, and it also happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially arranged birthday decorations and even thoughtfully delivered a cake at night! The cake was delicious too! When checking out, they even gave us fruit for the road! This whole experience made me feel that even though the hotel has been open for a few years, their soft services are truly excellent! After leaving, I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they proactively contacted SF Express to send them back. This was a really great experience overall.

MM491403****Staying at the Grand Hyatt Hefei for this trip, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's really close to attractions like the Anhui Museum (new building), the Art Museum, and the Geological Museum, as well as the popular 'Hecai 1972' complex. The hotel is also on a high floor, offering panoramic views of Swan Lake and Hefei's famous 'Three-Piece Set' landmarks.

MM826828****A very satisfying stay! The lobby was spacious, the room's fragrance crystals smelled wonderful, and the hairdryer was even from Laifen! I love using their hairdryers, so I bought one for my own home. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and check-in was quick. The facilities and location of the hotel were excellent; there's a shopping mall nearby, and a food street across the street at night, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei!

GGuest UserMy experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety.
One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors.

AAnonymous UserOur two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating.
However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively.
It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do.
If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

GGuest UserMy wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

AAllicerSuch a nice place to go for weekend relaxation. We love the infinity pool and the cleanliness of the entire area. The food is good; if you want barbecue, be sure to order in advance or, better yet, bring your own meat. Unfortunately, we ordered, we waited, and then, after more than 30 minutes, they told us it wasn't available anymore. Also, it's so hard to take a taxi or Didi from there; we've asked the receptionist to help us, but she said they couldn't. We hope the receptionist can be more accommodating and helpful. Anyway,after an hour of waiting, we've got our own taxi without their help. But overall, we like staying there, and we will definitely come back for the infinity pool and nature.
