"The overall experience of the hotel is particularly good, the location is excellent, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The lobby is clean and atmospheric, the check-in efficiency at the front desk is high, and the service is warm and polite. The rooms are clean and spacious, the decoration is simple and high-end, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is particularly stable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the sound insulation effect is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety, tastes diverse, clean and hygienic. Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

GGuest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort.
Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

There are also many activities for children to play on the farm, both free and paid. You can also not stay and just bring your children to play during the day. It was a good experience to eat farm food. I will come again next time!

VValeriaMI recently stayed at this brand new hotel, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The surroundings are breathtaking—just an hour from Hefei, this tranquil oasis is perfect for disconnecting and immersing oneself in nature.
Families will love the variety of activities available, including a playground, water features, and scenic walking and biking paths. The only suggestion I have is to swap out the noisy gasoline karts for more eco-friendly options to enhance the peaceful ambiance.
