"I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!"

"I've stayed at Giorgio Morandi many times, and I was so glad to find one in Hefei. Every stay has been wonderful! The rooms are always clean and tidy, and I love the decor. The bedding and bathroom amenities are very comfortable. Li, the front desk attendant, was very polite and responded quickly to my requests, paying attention to every detail. It's always a relaxing and reassuring stay, and the value for money is consistently excellent. I'll keep choosing Giorgio Morandi Hotel!"

Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

Guest UserThis was a spontaneous trip, just an hour's drive from Hefei. The environment is exactly as advertised, truly the best hotel in the Daiao Mountain scenic area. The most pleasant surprise was the service; someone came to help with our luggage as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, and welcome fruits were already set up in our room. Our two days at the hotel were quiet and relaxing. We even made traditional Chinese medicine sachets, which had a very healing scent, and enjoyed a singing bowl session. The distant sound of the bells 🔔 was quite memorable. A special shout-out to Buyun Restaurant – we ate there two days in a row! The breakfast had a wide variety and beautiful presentation, and the specialty dishes for lunch and dinner were delicious. There was a 30-minute wait for food, which just showed that everything was freshly cooked to order. On the second day, we hiked up Daiao Mountain, reaching the summit in 30 minutes – the perfect amount of exercise.

The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort.
Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

Accommodation there is provided with butler-style service. The environment is very good. The food in the farm restaurant is also delicious. There are also many activities for children to play on the farm, both free and paid. You can also not stay and just bring your children to play during the day. It was a good experience to eat farm food. I will come again next time!

Guest UserOur stay at Huan Xi Sha was an exceptional experience! The new Chinese-style courtyard is elegant and serene, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft. The private hot spring pool on the balcony, built beside a lotus pond, offers a picturesque view of lush green lotus leaves and surrounding trees as soon as you open the window. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the peaceful lake view was incredibly relaxing. The natural environment, with its antique architecture complementing the water features, along with attentive and thoughtful service, makes this a top choice for a vacation. It's truly healing to escape the hustle and bustle here!

Guest UserMy stay at the Vienna International Hotel Hefei Binhu Tangxihe Park Metro Station Branch was an absolute delight! 💯 First of all, the location is superb, just steps from the metro station. Nearby shopping malls and restaurants offer everything you could need, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. For those driving, there's 24-hour free parking, so there's no need to worry about anything. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive, handling check-in and check-out with lightning speed, and even providing helpful tips on nearby attractions. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The breakfast selection was also excellent, offering a variety of options, including Chinese porridge, pastries, and steamed buns, as well as Western bread and coffee. 💐 Overall, it's incredibly good value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei! [Thumbs up]

Outdoor activities were not allowed on rainy days, but the chess and card table in the suite allowed everyone to find different fun. After the rain stopped, the green trees and flowers became more colorful. The housekeeper service handled each call in a timely manner, which was different from the troubles of other services that took half a day to reply and waited for a long time to handle. What is more worthy of praise is that the elderly found that they had lost their mobile phone after half a day. After contacting the housekeeper, he carefully found it and sent it back.
