"Room: Spacious and clean, featuring smart voice control and a robot delivery service for small items. The WiFi signal was excellent. The 65-inch LCD TV really gave it a home theater feel. Bathroom: Very spacious and odor-free, equipped with a smart toilet. The showerhead provided a strong water flow, making for a warm and comfortable shower experience. Hotel: They offer a free laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. There are also complimentary hot beverages and cookies available. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured a smooth check-in."

"The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!"

"I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!"

"This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep."

"Very comfortable. Facilities: Excellent, just missing a vending machine for drinks. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Definitely a quiet haven in the bustling city center. It's very close to the Zhixin City commercial area and major affiliated hospitals. However, the private road leading to the hotel is very quiet. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and Didi (ride-hailing) can drop you off directly at the hotel lobby entrance. Service: Very thoughtful."
