The Langham Hefei

This hotel has a very strong British charm. The pink decor is very appealing to female guests, who even receive a complimentary rose upon arrival. The room boasts a European-style design, offering spacious interiors and expansive views. Toiletries are by Diptyque. However, the wardrobe and luggage rack space are a bit small. Our butler, CECE, contacted us a week in advance for pre-check-in arrangements, and her thoughtful service throughout our stay was greatly appreciated.

Had a really pleasant stay here, and the room arrangement was great, high floor too! Mindy, our butler, arranged it all in advance which was a nice touch. 👍 She even sent me the lounge opening hours and offerings, which was very thoughtful and attentive. They also accommodated my late check-out request promptly, which was excellent 😌 I'll definitely choose this place again!!

This hotel is very comfortable and stylish. It's within walking distance of the three major museums and MixC (shopping mall), perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was also stable during the May Day holiday, which shows it's a reliable big-brand hotel. Highly recommended! **Facilities:** Complete, spacious rooms. **Hygiene:** No issues. **Environment:** Both the indoor and outdoor environments are great, not noisy. **Service:** The service is good, staff are very proactive.

Planned a relaxing few days in Hefei for the May Day holiday and chose this Langham among the three major brands. My daughter and I particularly liked Langham's pink-themed ambiance. The hotel is centrally located, making it a convenient few hundred-meter walk to both MixC Mall and the Anhui Museum complex. Breakfast was quite rich, and the Tang Court dim sum, as well as the executive lounge perks, were all excellent. The service was great across the board, especially the front office management's service awareness and attitude. Our whole family was very satisfied with this stay, and we'll definitely return if we get the chance.

Today marks my third consecutive day staying at this hotel (across three separate bookings). This morning, before 8 AM, I pressed the 'make up room' button before heading out. To my surprise, when I returned at 3 PM, the room still hadn't been serviced. I was exhausted and really needed to rest, so seeing the room like that was quite a shock. The hotel's explanation was that they were too busy with other guests to clean my room. I find this excuse completely unacceptable. Am I not a guest too, or just some passerby? Why was the 'make up room' light ignored for seven hours after I pressed it? For a five-star hotel, such disorganized management is truly disappointing.

Our butler, Mindy, was incredibly professional and attentive. She contacted us in advance to help arrange our room and paid attention to every detail, even preparing a guide for us. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. 👍 We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Hefei!
