Dduyen.vo95The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe room was quite nice and very clean; even the towels on the floor were very white. The shower gel came in small bottles, which made me feel safe using it. The only drawback was the hairdryer, which was too weak and got too hot after a while, causing it to shut off automatically.

MM574033****This time I came to see Zhou Shen's concert. The hotel staff service is particularly good. I sleep lightly and am afraid of noisy. The front desk lady specially arranged a room away from the elevator. Because some rooms smelled of smoke, the staff asked me to choose a room without smoke. The hotel also provides free breakfast and dinner (although I couldn't catch up with dinner because I went out to play), the cleaning aunt was also very intimate to ask what help I needed, mineral water and paper were also put in advance (I stayed for 4 nights), and it was very comfortable to live here. The twin room is on the side of the road. I am also worried that it will be noisy at night, not bad, and quiet at night. It is about 3 kilometers away from the stadium. It is more convenient to ride a shared electric bicycle, and it will be there in ten minutes. There is also a Kawanka milk tea shop and Zhanji pastry shop nearby. There is a restaurant downstairs, such as Uncle Fat. After watching the concert, you can eat late night downstairs, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserStaying at a hotel that meets your expectations can truly cure fatigue! Blue Crystal Hotel is definitely worth a genuine recommendation! The front desk process for check-in was incredibly swift, and there was no need to wait throughout the entire process. The staff were also friendly and attentive. The rooms are fully equipped with smart technology; simply saying “Xiao Du, Xiao Du” can control household appliances, providing a sense of liberation from manual labor. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were spotless, and the bedding was both clean and soft, making for a particularly reassuring stay.
The most crucial aspect is the excellent location. There are numerous snack shops downstairs, making it easy to handle meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without having to worry about finding a restaurant. The value for money is simply outstanding, making it the perfect choice for business trips. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

MM10898****Hotel location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the subway station. The room facilities are very new, the smart toilet and electronic curtains are very practical. Breakfast is both Chinese and Western, tastes good. Overall clean and quiet, business travel preferred.

GGlobetrottingtigerThe hotel is good, clean, nicely located near the metro and shopping street. The staff is very friendly and did its best to provide a good service even without speaking any English.
The room is cozy and clean, quiet and well ventilated.
As a fellow hospitality professional I’d like to suggest some little fixes that could be easily done (please look at the pictures). The bedsheets should retire already, the door lock doesn’t work, the wallpaper should be glued back, the bed head has a nail sticking out, the AC works well, but near the bed drops water from the round patch above.
Do not take these as a negative feedback, I’d just want to help you to do the best what you doing.

AAnonymous UserI booked it after reading the online reviews. It was much better than expected, with a very high cost-effectiveness. Originally, I only got a breakfast coupon online, but I got another one after I arrived at the store. The room was quite spacious and quiet. It looked like a renovated former hotel. The bedding and bath towels were all very new and of good quality. Just after exiting Exit C of Dadongmen subway station, you can directly see the hotel across the street. It seems to be next to Hanting. The price is much more suitable than Hanting. It is very convenient to go to the pedestrian street and Xiaoyaojin.

OOn The Road AgainI often stay in this hotel when I’m visiting my friend in Hefei. The first time finding it can be tricky as the entrance off the street is a little doorway to a service elevator which you take to the 5th floor. I tried the breakfast one time and it was bad so I always skip it like on this trip. But it’s connected with a mall area so plenty of food around.

Las instalaciones son modernas y atractivas, lo que fue una grata sorpresa a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con que algunas de estas no funcionaban correctamente. El diseño del lugar es atractivo, pero eso no es suficiente si los servicios prometidos no se cumplen. El Servicio al cliente es, sin duda, el área que más requiere atención. Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría.
A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas y fue decepcionante.
Dado que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, solicitamos un upgrade que considerábamos justo para compensar algunas de las deficiencias de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos fue posible, aduciendo problemas de agua caliente, lo cual fue frustrante.
