GGuest UserVery good, very good, very good. The cleaning lady accidentally collected the collectible cup from the concert and quickly helped me find it back. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, the security was in place, the hygiene was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and they also gave me concert peripherals, which looked very nice! The breakfast was delicious too! Convenient transportation!

Dduyen.vo95The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

EEleonora Del BianchiThis was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

MM574033****This time I came to see Zhou Shen's concert. The hotel staff service is particularly good. I sleep lightly and am afraid of noisy. The front desk lady specially arranged a room away from the elevator. Because some rooms smelled of smoke, the staff asked me to choose a room without smoke. The hotel also provides free breakfast and dinner (although I couldn't catch up with dinner because I went out to play), the cleaning aunt was also very intimate to ask what help I needed, mineral water and paper were also put in advance (I stayed for 4 nights), and it was very comfortable to live here. The twin room is on the side of the road. I am also worried that it will be noisy at night, not bad, and quiet at night. It is about 3 kilometers away from the stadium. It is more convenient to ride a shared electric bicycle, and it will be there in ten minutes. There is also a Kawanka milk tea shop and Zhanji pastry shop nearby. There is a restaurant downstairs, such as Uncle Fat. After watching the concert, you can eat late night downstairs, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserStaying at a hotel that meets your expectations can truly cure fatigue! Blue Crystal Hotel is definitely worth a genuine recommendation! The front desk process for check-in was incredibly swift, and there was no need to wait throughout the entire process. The staff were also friendly and attentive. The rooms are fully equipped with smart technology; simply saying “Xiao Du, Xiao Du” can control household appliances, providing a sense of liberation from manual labor. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were spotless, and the bedding was both clean and soft, making for a particularly reassuring stay.
The most crucial aspect is the excellent location. There are numerous snack shops downstairs, making it easy to handle meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without having to worry about finding a restaurant. The value for money is simply outstanding, making it the perfect choice for business trips. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

The young lady at the front desk was super attentive and would take the initiative to say hello. The check-in was quick. OOn The Road AgainI often stay in this hotel when I’m visiting my friend in Hefei. The first time finding it can be tricky as the entrance off the street is a little doorway to a service elevator which you take to the 5th floor. I tried the breakfast one time and it was bad so I always skip it like on this trip. But it’s connected with a mall area so plenty of food around.

El diseño del lugar es atractivo, pero eso no es suficiente si los servicios prometidos no se cumplen. El Servicio al cliente es, sin duda, el área que más requiere atención. Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría.
A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa.
