3-Star Hotels in Hefei

For a three-diamond hotel charging almost 400 CNY per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large panoramic window overlooking a pleasant row of trees. There was also a nice tea table, which made the room feel cozy. One detail I genuinely appreciated was the care given to the old tree in the garden. Seeing it supported with an IV drip system was both unusual and heartwarming—it showed that someone actually cares about preserving it instead of simply replacing it. However, a surprising number of small issues gradually added up and affected the overall experience. I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub turned out to be rather small and leaked unless a disposable plastic liner was used. There were no bath salts, bubble bath, or any other bath amenities, while the shampoo and shower gel bottles were only 50 ml each. The room initially had only one 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. I had to call the front desk to ask for regular 500 ml bottles and tea. There was neither tea nor coffee in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was almost no meat except pork baozi. Boiled eggs were available, but there were no traditional soy-marinated eggs. On the positive side, the purple sweet baozi were delicious, and the sliced melon was excellent—the rind had been completely removed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, two of the three desserts were stale and overly dry, and some cherry tomatoes still had black spots around the stems. The biggest issue, however, was coffee—or rather, the complete absence of it. There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee at breakfast. In fact, breakfast didn't even include tea or plain drinking water. I honestly didn't expect that the rarest item at a hotel breakfast buffet would be... water. For someone staying in a smoking room, a cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures that makes the morning better. Unfortunately, that small pleasure never arrived. Maybe coffee is considered a luxury item here. Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious and clean rooms. But hospitality is often about the little things, and this hotel missed quite a few of them. I would consider staying here again only if these service details are improved.

It's really a three-diamond price with four-diamond quality. I'm really good at choosing. I stayed at the Treasure Hotel. Both the public areas and the guest rooms have a great atmosphere. The hotel is very good at creating light. Every photo you take is a beautiful one. The restaurant has a rich variety of dishes and tastes very good. There are many fruit styles and ice jelly. The exquisite combination of Chinese and Western styles makes the chill feeling full. I highly recommend staying here

Great value for money! The room was bright and clean, and the staff were polite. It's very close to Hefei South Railway Station, so you can check in right after getting off the train. Transportation to city attractions and shopping areas is also convenient.

Very good, very good, very good. The cleaning lady accidentally collected the collectible cup from the concert and quickly helped me find it back. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, the security was in place, the hygiene was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and they also gave me concert peripherals, which looked very nice! Taking an evening stroll along the lake to watch the sunset was incredibly therapeutic. Plus, Wanda Plaza downstairs means you'll never run out of dining options – the location is absolutely fantastic. The room design is very futuristic, and the smart devices were a joy to use. It was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. The concierge was patient and thorough, always ready to answer any questions. Self-check-in was smooth from start to finish, no waiting in line. Stayed two nights and had a perfect experience; all my friends asked where I booked it. Superb experience!

The front desk process for check-in was incredibly swift, and there was no need to wait throughout the entire process. The staff were also friendly and attentive. The rooms are fully equipped with smart technology; simply saying “Xiao Du, Xiao Du” can control household appliances, providing a sense of liberation from manual labor. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were spotless, and the bedding was both clean and soft, making for a particularly reassuring stay. The most crucial aspect is the excellent location. There are numerous snack shops downstairs, making it easy to handle meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without having to worry about finding a restaurant. The value for money is simply outstanding, making it the perfect choice for business trips. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

Even the most detail-oriented person will love it! 🔦 The walk-in closet is incredibly organized: layered design and warm lighting mean no need to unpack and search for things. 🛏️ The room feels spacious: the king-size bed, sofa, and desk are clearly separated, and the magnolia pattern on the carpet is so soothing. 🪟 The sheer curtains allow light in but not through, creating stunning city views during the day and city lights at night – the ambiance is simply divine. 🛁 The bathroom is sparkling clean: a smart toilet and floating countertop, even the trash can is foot-operated. Comfortable accommodations are the top priority for business trips.

The hotel is situated alongside a gorgeous lake and mountainside. It's a very quiet, peaceful area perfect for getaways from the city of Hefei. I don't know if there is a whole lot to see around the general area, so I don't think the area itself is worth it if one is coming outside of Anhui. I rode up here on my motorcycle and was able to ride through quaint small villages and towns. There are hilly, foresty areas here, but I would caution both motorcyclists and car drivers to be aware of sudden, extremely steep hills especially up in the high mountains. I found the people working at the hotel friendly even though they didn't speak English at all. The young girl in particular was very helpful in helping me get set up with dinner and check in. There are virtually no other restaurants, convenience stores or supermakerkets in the nearby area, so I would recommend stocking up on snacks while riding around the area

My child came to Hefei to participate in the World Youth Bridge Teams Championship. After the competition, we stayed in Hefei for one night. This place is not far from the competition venue, and the environment is pretty decent. The air conditioning was very powerful, and breakfast was also alright.
